Through this platform and cooperation with various renowned domestic universities, the following initiatives will be advanced: Co-establishing a “Digital Economy and Sustainable Development Research Center” with renowned domestic universities, introducing their global industrial innovation laboratory resources; Collaborating with renowned domestic universities to establish a “Joint Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Cities,” sharing data from their national-level AI platforms; Jointly creating a demonstration base for “New Energy Technology and Green Free Trade Port” with renowned domestic universities, promoting the commercialization of offshore wind power and hydrogen energy achievements; Co-building a “Big Health Industry Technology Transfer Center” with renowned domestic universities, focusing on the modernization of Southern Chinese medicine and digital healthcare; Collaborating with renowned domestic universities to establish a “Creative Intelligence and Coastal Urban Design Workshop,” introducing Nordic sustainable design courses; Forming the “Xinyingwan Bay University Alliance” with renowned domestic universities, implementing credit mutual recognition, faculty exchange, and research platform sharing, regularly hosting the “Free Trade Port and Higher Education Internationalization” Presidents’ Forum, and jointly establishing postgraduate joint training bases, offshore innovation centers, and international technology transfer hubs, forming a nationwide radiating and globally connected integrated industry-education-research cooperation network.
